Call for communication

The R2S2018 Program Committee cordially invites you to submit a short communication (4 pages) for an oral presentation and/or an abstract for a poster presentation. All communications and abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and assigned to the appropriate session for an oral or a poster presentation.

All the oral communications that will be accepted will be published in special journal issue on Déchets, Sciences & Techniques (DST).

All communications and abstracts should be submitted online.

May 10, 2018  : deadline for articles submission :

• • short article for oral communication : 4 pages (template to download here)
  • abstract for poster communication: 1 page (template to download here)

May 30, 2018: Notification of acceptance

July 29, 2018: Deadline for final paper submission

October 15, 2018 : Deadline for registration

Instructions for authors

The R2S2018 website is hosted using the sciencesconf.org framework. Therefore, authors and attendees must have a sciencesconf account to submit a contribution  to the conference. 

Note that abstract submission and account creation are not equivalent to registration or inscription to the conference.

New account creation on sciencesconf.org :

1. 1. Click the arrow close to the “login” button at the bottom of the site banner (top right of the text part)
   2. Click on “create account”
   3. Fill the form
   4. A pop-up window will appear confirming you that the account creation is submitted
   5. A confirmation email will be post to your mailbox
   6. Click on the link to activate your account. Once again, a pop-up window will confirm the account activation.

Abstract Submission

1. Go to the sidebar menu: 
   
   
2. Follow the instructions.

You can submit two kinds of contributions for R2S.

The process for submission and reviewing is as follows:

• the author is invited to submit his /her contribution via the web submission system (you have to create an account on the platform and state that you wish to publish in the RV2S congress)
• the author has to write down, in the comment section, if he/she wishes to have a poster or oral presentation
• all the contributions will be reviewed and either accepted (with or without modifications) or refused

1 - Oral presentation

• the author is invited to submit a short article (4 pages) in French or in English,using the article template
• this article will be reviewed and either accepted (with or without modifications) or refused
• the author will be invited to submit the final version of his/her article if modifications were requested
• the presentation will be 10 minutes long, with questions at the end

2 - Poster presentation

The author is invited to submit an abstract (600 words max), in French or in English, using the poster abstract template. If accepted, the poster will be shown at the Congress.
